THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWALT, INC. ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2005-65CB, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-65CB, is Plaintiff and GEORGE H. LANIER; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF GEORGE H. LANIER; THOMAS D. HANNA; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF THOMAS D. HANNA; BRIARGROVE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA, are defendants. Stacy Butterfield, Clerk of Circuit Court for POLK, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.polk.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 7TH day of APRIL, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 176, BRIARGROVE SECOND ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 98, PAGE 18, PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
