NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 9, 2017, entered in Case No. 11-2016-CA-002074-001-XX in the Circuit Court in and for Collier County, Florida wherein EMERALD WOODS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., is Plaintiff, and MARCIA A. HEDBERG, et al, is the Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at: 11:00AM. on April 6, 2017 at: Lobby on the Third Floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, first given notice as required by Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, the following described real property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT A-9 OF EMERALD WOODS CONDOMINIUM, PHASE I, ACCORDING TO THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1284, PAGES 131-255 INCLUSIVE OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AS AMENDED TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
A/K/A: 50 EMERALD WOODS DRIVE APT A9, NAPLES, FL 34108.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
