Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on March 9th 2017, in the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Collier County, Florida described as:
1981 Merlin IIIC SERIAL Number TT-459A, Venezuelan Registry YV 2045, its Engines, Radios and Equipment.
Including the all accessories, appurtenances, and parts therefore located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, in the lobby on the third floor of the oilier County Courthouse Annex Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail E, Naples FL on April 6, 2017, at 11:00am.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
