NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in Civil Case No. 2015CA001618CAAXWS of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein HOMEBRIDGE FINANCIAL SERVICES, INC. is Plaintiff and GADDIS, JAMES, et al, are Defendants. The clerk PAULA O'NEIL, PH.D. shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Pasco County's On Line Public Auction website: www.pascorealforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on June 28, 2017, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property located in PASCO County, Florida as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
LOT 18, LEISURE BEACH UNIT SIX, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 16, PAGES 50-51, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
