NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment entered in Case No. 51-2015-CA-003332 in the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida, wherein, Pingora Loan Servicing, LLC, Plaintiff, and, CRAIG PITTMAN, et. al., are Defendants. Pasco County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash www.pasco.realforeclose.com at the hour of 11:00AM , on the 18th day of April, 2017, the following described property:
LOT 2 IN BLOCK 5 OF MEADOW POINTE IV PARCEL “I”, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 69, PAGE 132, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
