NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 07, 2017, and entered in 58 2016 CA 004822 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC is the Plaintiff and JONATHAN HUBAI; KAELA JOCELYN CULLUM A/K/A KAELA CULLUM F/K/A KAELA HUBAI; SUNRIDGE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; CITY OF SARASOTA, FLORIDA are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on April 10, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 892, SUNRIDGE BY THE LAKE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1864, PAGES 1599 THROUGH 1659, INCLUSIVE, AND SUBSEQUENT AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 25, PAGES 45, 45A THROUGH 45C, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
