NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered February 28, 2017 in Civil Case No. 58-2014-CA-003736 NC, of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Sarasota, Florida, wherein PENNYMAC LOAN SERVICES, LLC is Plaintiff and SHAUN CARLSON, ET AL., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 4TH day of April, 2017 at 09:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 51, PALMER OAKS ESTATES UNIT 2, according to the plat as recorded in Plat Book 47, Page 48, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
