NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated March 7, 2017, entered in Civil Case No.: 2014 CA 000207 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC., Plaintiff, and JAMES C. FINE; CHERYL P. FINE; THE UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE 2730 SALLY LAND TRUST THAT CERTAIN TRUST AGREEMENT; IF LIVING, INCLUDING ANY UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SAID DEFENDANT(S), IF REMARRIED, AND IF DECEASED, THE RESPECTIVE UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, CREDITORS, LIENORS, AND TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHER PERSONS CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE NAMED DEFENDANT(S); ECTR 1 LLC AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF A TRUST AGREEMENT DATED AUGUST 28, 2013 KNOWN AS THE 2730 SALLY LAND TRUST; WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A.; REGIONS BANK D/B/A AMSOUTH BANK; WHETHER DISSOLVED OR PRESENTLY EXISTING, TOGETHER WITH ANY GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, CREDITORS, LIENORS, OR TRUSTEES OF SAID DEFENDANT(S) AND ALL OTHER PERSONS CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, OR AGAINST DEFENDANT(S); UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A ELIZIBETH MARCUZ, THE UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE 2730 SALLY LAND TRUST THAT CERTAIN TRUST AGREEMENT, and ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES, including, if a named Defendant is deceased, the personal representatives, the surviving spouse, heirs, devisees, grantees, creditors, and all other parties claiming, by, through, under or against that Defendant, and all claimants, persons or parties, natural or corporate, or whose exact legal status is unknown, claiming under any of the above named or described Defendants, are Defendants.
