NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated March 8, 2017, entered in Civil Case No.: 2016 CA 005649 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (“FANNIE MAE”), A CORPORATION ORGANIZED AND EXISTING UNDER THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, Plaintiff, and VICKI LEE HAYS-CAIN A/K/A VICKI LEE HAYS; SOUTH VENICE CIVIC ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION #1 N/K/A ROB PIGG; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION #2 N/K/A ROBIN PIGG, are Defendants.
KAREN E. RUSHING, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 AM, on the 13th day of April, 2017, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 135, 136 AND THE NORTHWESTERLY 1/2 OF LOT 137, SOUTH VENICE, UNIT 1, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 28, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
