NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 07, 2017, and entered in 2016 CA 004422 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (“FANNIE MAE”), A CORPORATION ORGANIZED AND EXISTING UNDER THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA is the Plaintiff and DIANE HUMPHREY-DAVIS A/K/A DIANE H. CARTWRIGTH A/K/A DIANE HOLLIS VILLENEUVE; JACQUES VILLENEUVE A/K/A JACQUES ALBERT VILLENEUVE; GILLES ARMAND, AS TRUSTEE OF 3826 MONFERO AVE RESIDENTIAL TRUST; MICHAEL SHERER; PENNY SHERER; UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE 3826 MONFERO AVE RESIDENTIAL TRUST; IBERIABANK, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO CENTURY BANK, FSB; SUNTRUST BANK; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR SUNTRUST MORTGAGE, INC.; SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE are the Defendant(s).
