NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 9, 2017, and entered in Case No. 2016 CC 004863 SC of the COUNTY COURT OF THE TWELFTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein CURRY CREEK OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and FREDERICK KULL; DARLENE KULL; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF FREDERICK KULL; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DARLENE KULL and UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION OF SUBJECT PROPERTY are Defendants, Sarasota County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash: [ ] www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for online auctions, at 9:00 a.m., on the 13th day of April, 2017 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
