AS TRUSTEE FOR LSF9 MASTER PARTICIPATION TRUST is the Plaintiff and ALAN J. SHARTLE; JOAN M. SHARTLE; CITY OF NORTH PORT, FLORIDA; CLERK OF COURTS FOR SARASOTA COUNTY; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on April 11, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
