NOTICE IF HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 25, 2016 in Case No. 2016 CA 001474 NC of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, Clerk of the Courts, Karen E. Rushing, shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online auction at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes at 9:00 AM on April 18, 2017, the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
Lot 18, Arbor Trace, Unit 4, a Subdivision according to the Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 38, pages 44 and 44A of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida,
commonly known as 2059 Old Trenton Lane, Sarasota, FL 34232.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
