NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2010-CA-019334 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein BAC Home Loans Servicing, L.P. f/k/a Countrywide Home Loans Servicing, L.P., Plaintiff and Carlos Sanchez and Mileidys Sanchez, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Pat Frank, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. on April 19, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
THE SOUTH 30 FEET OF LOT 243 AND NORTH 30 FEET OF LOT 244, BLOCK “L” PINE CREST VILLA ADDITION NO. 5, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 21, PAGE 31, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
