NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered March 4, 2016 in Civil Case No. 10-CA-013452 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Tampa, Florida, wherein M&T BANK is Plaintiff and LUIS PEREZ, ET AL., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 19TH day of April, 2017 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
THE SOUTH 278.00 FEET OF THE NORTH 774.00 FEET OF THE EAST 1/4 OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 13, TOWNSHIP 28 SOUTH, RANGE 21 EAST, HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH AND SUBJECT TO AN EASEMENT FOR INGRESS, EGRESS AND UTILITIES DESCRIBED AS: THE EAST 30.00 FEET OF THE SOUTH 378.00 FEET OF THE NORTH 874.00 FEET OF THE EAST 1/4 OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4 OF SAID SECTION 13 LESS THE WEST 10.00 FEET OF THE NORTH 278.00 FEET THEREOF.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
