NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on March 9, 2017 in Civil Case No. 16-CA-003999, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein, U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, ON BEHALF OF THE HOLDERS OF THE ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES RFC 2007-HE1 is the Plaintiff, and LAZARO FERNANDEZ; UNKNOWN TENANT 1 N/K/A LAURA DE LA CRUZ; UNKNOWN TENANT 2 N/K/A YERANDY VILLAR are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Linda Doggett will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com on July 7, 2017 at 09:00:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 7 AND 8, BLOCK 1510, OF CAPE CORAL UNIT 17 ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGE 23, OF PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
