NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 16-CA-003126 of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein, WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, D/B/A CHRISTIANA TRUST, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT AS TRUSTEE OF SECURITIZED MORTGAGE ASSET LOAN TRUST 2015-1, Plaintiff, and AVALLONE, ANDREW, et. al., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at the hour of 9:00 A.M., on the 7 day of June, 2017, the following described property:
