Myers, Florida, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, at 9:00 am on the 10 day of April, 2017 on the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOT 13, BLOCK 59, Unit 12, Lehigh Acres, SECTION 27, TOWNSHIP 45 SOUTH, RANGE 27 EAST, LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 18, PAGE 135, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
