NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 28, 2017, entered in Case No. 13-009693-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. is the Plaintiff and Unknown Heirs, Beneficiaries, Devisees, Assignees Lienors, Creditors, Trustees And All Others Who May Claim An Interest In The Estate Of Brian Patrick Sharp AKA Brian P. Sharp; Unknown Spouse Of Brian Patrick Sharp Aka Brian P. Sharp; Any and All Unknown Parties Claiming By, Through, Under, and Against the herein named individual defendant(s) who Are Not Known to Be Dead or Alive, whether said unknown parties may claim an interest as spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees, or other claimants; Valencia Park Homeowners' Association, Inc.; Unknown Tenant #1 in Possession of the Property ; Unknwn Tenant #2 in possession of the property are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 30th day of March, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 201, OF VALENCIA PARK, UNIT 3, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 70, PAGE 82, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
