NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order granting Motion to Reset Foreclosure Sale dated February 08, 2017, entered in Case No. 15-002783-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Citigroup Mortgage Loan Trust Inc. Asset Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-AMC2, U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee is the Plaintiff and David Dumas; Unknown Spouse of David Dumas are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 29th day of March, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 6, BLOCK âFâ, M.W. ULMER'S ADDITION TO THE TOWN OF LARGO, FLORIDA, LESS THE NORTH 5 FEET DEEDED TO THE TOWN OF LARGO FOR A STREET, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 21, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
