NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 1, 2017, and entered in Case No. 15-004553-CI, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE (CWALT 2006-HY11), is Plaintiff and CIC REAL ESTATE INC.; CYPRESS TRACE NORTH ASSOCIATION INC.; THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWHEQ INC., CWHEQ REVOLVING HOMEEQUITY LOAN TRUST SERIES 2007B., are defendants. Ken Burke, Clerk of Circuit Court for PINELLAS, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 14TH day of APRIL, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL DESCRIBED AS UNIT NO. 1705, TOGETHER WITH ITS APPURTENANCES AS DESCRIBED IN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF CYPRESS TRACE NORTH CONDOMINIUM, AND RELATED DOCUMENTS AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 5510, PAGE 1765, AS AMENDED, ON THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM IN PLAT BOOK 68 AT PAGES 28 TO 37; CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 68 AT PAGES 101 AND 102; CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 70 AT PAGES 32 AND 33; CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 71 AT PAGES 80 AND 81; AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 72 AT PAGES 33 AND 34, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the
surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
