NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 10-013671-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein, THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FORMERLY KNOWN AS THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE TO JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF STRUCTURED ASSET MORTGAGE INVESTMENTS II TRUST 2006-AR3 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-AR3, Plaintiff, and, MALCOM, JEREMY T., et. al., are Defendants, Clerk of the Circuit Court Ken Burke, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, WWW.PINELLAS.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at the hour of 10:00 AM, on the 18th day of April, 2017, the following described property:
