LOT 5 AND THE SOUTH 20 FEET OF LOT 4, BLOCK X, BAY TERRACE AND BAY TERRACE ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 13, PAGE 22 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
more commonly known as 2074 Douglas Avenue, Clearwater, FL 33755.
