NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated March 02, 2017, and entered in Case No. 16-003485-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS COUNTY, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC., is Plaintiff, and ROBERT M. POE A/K/A ROBERT MICHAEL POE, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 AM www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 04 day of April, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 348, Unit 6B, GREENBRIAR and the Westerly four (4) feet of Lot 349 and the Westerly four (4) feet of the South six (6) feet of Lot 350, according to the Map or Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 61, Page 107, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
