NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on February 24, 2017 in Civil Case No. 16-002554-CI, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein, DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONALTRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE, ON BEHALF OF THE REGISTERED HOLDERS OF FIRST FRANKLIN MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST SERIES 2006-FF1, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-FF1 is the Plaintiff, and LAKE OVERLOOK CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC; WILLIAM BARTHOLOMEW A/K/A WILLIAM M. BARTHOLOMEW; CAPITAL ONE BANK (USA), N.A. A CORPORATION; UNKNOWN TENANT 1 N/K/A PAUL MAY; UNKNOWN TENANT 2 N/K/A JACOB MAY; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Ken Burke, CPA will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on April 3, 2017 at 10:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 179, LAKE OVERLOOK CONDOMNIUM APARTMENT UNIT 2, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3579, PAGES 485 THROUGH 555, AND ALL ITS ATTACHMENTS AND AMENDMENTS, AND AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 28, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
