NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated February 28, 2017, and entered in Case No. 16-004643-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS COUNTY, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR PHH ALTERNATIVE MORTGAGE TRUST, SERIES 2007-3, is Plaintiff, and BRIAN K. COUTURE, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 AM www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 13 day of April, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit 2103 (Building 2- Unit 103), THE FOUNTAINS OF LARGO, a Condominium , according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, recorded in Official Record Book 15546, page 722, of the public records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
