NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 20, 2017, and entered in Case No. 2016-CA-006984-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida wherein TOMKEN MARKS, LLC, is the Plaintiff and DANNY SAWH, WEDGEFIELD HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. and CITY OF ORLANDO, are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00 AM on the 20th day of April, 2017, the following described property set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE WEST 105 FEET OF TRACT 63, CAPE ORLANDO ESTATES UNIT 4A, F/K/A ROCKET CITY UNIT 4A, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK Z, PAGES 110 THRU 113, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
a/k/a Sabal Street, Orlando, Florida 32833
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the Foreclosure Sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within sixty (60) days after the Foreclosure Sale.
