NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 26, 2017, and entered in 2016CA002438000000 of the Circuit Court of the TENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO JP MORGAN CHASE BANK N.A. AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE FOR NEWCASTLE MORTGAGE SECURITIES TRUST 2006-1 is the Plaintiff and LINDA L. MURDOCCA; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LINDA L. MURDOCCA; HSBC MORTGAGE SERVICES INC.; BENEFICIAL FLORIDA, INC. are the Defendant(s). Stacy M. Butterfield as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.polk.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on April 26, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
