NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 9, 2017, and entered in Case No. 2016CA002222000000 of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida in which Ditech Financial LLC F/K/A Green Tree Servicing LLC, is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, or other Claimants claiming by, through, under, or against, Dayle E. Howe, deceased, Brandi Renee Howe a/k/a Brandi R. Howe, as an Heir of the Estate of Dayle E. Howe, deceased, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Polk County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.polk.realforeclose.com, Polk County, Florida at 10:00am EST on the 13th day of April, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
THE SOUTH 200 FEET OF THE NORTH 640 FEET OF THE EAST 200 FEET OF THE SW 1/4 OF THE SE 1/4 OF SECTION 14, TOWNSHIP 28 SOUTH, RANGE 24 EAST, POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA, LESS AND EXCEPT THE EAST 60 FEET THEREOF, BUT TOGETHER WITH 2 PERCENT UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE EAST 60 FEET ABOVE MENTIONED.
