BOOK 700, PAGES 319-416, AND AMENDMENTS FILED IN O.R. BOOK 708, PAGES 343-353, AND O.R. BOOK 750, PAGES 955-961, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WILL AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, AND AN INTEREST IN THE LIMITED COMMON ELEMENTS, IF ANY, APPURTENANT TO SAID UNIT.

Santiago, Esquire, Brock & Scott, PLLC., the Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 1501 N.W. 49th Street, Suite 200, Ft. Lauderdale, FL. 33309, within thirty (30) days of the first date of publication on or before 4-24-17, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on the Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
