NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated February 27, 2017, entered in Case No. 2015CA002217CAAXES of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for Home Equity Mortgage Loan Asset-Backed Trust Series INABS 2007-A, Home Equity Mortgage Loan Asset-Backed Certificates Series INABS 2007-A is the Plaintiff and Mario R. Melchiore; Cheri Melchiore; Lexington Oaks of Pasco County Homeowners Association, Inc. are the Defendants, that Paula O'Neil, Pasco County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 6th day of April, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1, BLOCK 13, LEXINGTON OAKS, VILLAGE 13, UNIT A AND B, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 38, PAGE 80 THROUGH 82, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
