NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2013-CA-003077-NC of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee successor in Interest to Bank One, National Association, as Trustee, for CSFB Mortgage-Backed Pass-through Certificates, Series 2003-AR24, Plaintiff and Jerry Gucciardo and Angela Gucciardo, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Karen E. ALL BEING IN SECTION 15, TOWNSHIP 38 SOUTH, RANGE 18 EAST, SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
