AGENCY ACTION
The Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) gives notice that it proposes to approve a No Further Action Proposal with Conditions and issue a Site Rehabilitation Completion Order with Conditions for a contaminated site (Order). Honeywell International Inc. is seeking this Order in reference to the Former Electro Corporation a/k/a Invensys Sensor Systems, 1845 57th Street, Sarasota, FL, FDEP FAC ID# COM_39624, and intends to rely on the following: restrictive covenants and engineering control.
Complete copies of the No Further Action with Conditions proposal and the agency's preliminary evaluation are available for public inspection during normal business hours 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, except legal holidays at the FDEP - South District, 2295 Victoria Avenue, Suite 364, Fort Myers, FL 33902, attn: Gary Maier, or online at http//dwmedms.dep.state.fl.us/Oculus/servlet/login.
Local governments with jurisdiction over the property subject to the institutional control, real property owner(s) of any property subject to the institutional control, and residents of any property subject to the institutional control have 30 days from publication of this notice to provide comments to FDEP.
