NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on March 8, 2017 in the above-styled cause in the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit of Florida, in and for Sarasota County, Florida, the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell the following real property, situated in Sarasota County, Florida, and more particularly described as follows:
The Northwesterly 150 feet of Lot 10, Section “A,” Unit 1, Siesta Properties, Inc. Subdivision, as per map or plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 4, page 70, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, online at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m. on April 12, 2017.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
