NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 07, 2017, and entered in 2016 CA 000541 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein REVERSE MORTGAGE SOLUTIONS, INC. is the Plaintiff and RAFFAELA TORCASO A/K/A RAFFAELA T. TORCASO, AS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF SABATINO TORCASO, DECEASED; RAFFAELA TORCASO A/K/A RAFFAELA T. TORCASO; SANDRA TORCASO-CONNOLLY; FEDERICO TORCASO; SABATINO TORCASO JR.; MARIA TORCASO-FALBO; RAFFAELA TORCASO A/K/A RAFFAELA T. TORCASO, AS TRUSTEE OF THE SABATINO TORCASO REVOCABLE TRUST DATED NOVEMBER 21, 2013; SOUTHWOOD PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; SOUTHWOOD, BLOCK 3 HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT are the Defendant(s).
