NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a In Rem Consent Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated February 07, 2017 entered in Civil Case No. 2015 CA 003591 NC of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE UNDER THE INDENTURE RELATING TO IMH ASSETS CORP., COLLATERALIZED ASSET-BACKED BONDS, SERIES 2003-11 is Plaintiff and DARREN EDMONDS and MONIKA EDMONDS, are Defendants. The clerk KAREN E. RUSHING shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Sarasota County's On Line Public Auction website: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM on May 8, 2017, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes , the following described property located in SARASOTA County, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
