NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on March 7, 2017 in Civil Case No. 2016 CA 004417 NC, of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is the Plaintiff, and DANIEL A. SHRIVER; VALERIE F. SHRIVER; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Karen E. Rushing will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com on April 11, 2017 at 9:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

COMMENCE AT THE NW CORNER OF THE SW 1/4 OF THE SW 1/4 OF SECTION 10, TOWNSHIP 36 SOUTH, RANGE 18 EAST, THENCE SOUTH ALONG THE WEST LINE OF SAID SECTION 10, A DISTANCE OF 25 FEET FOR THE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE SOUTH 89°17'22” EAST, (SOUTH 89°04' EAST, 208 FEET PLAT) 208.09 FEET ACTUAL; THENCE SOUTH 0°11'45” EAST, 111.35 FEET (SOUTH 111.35 FEET PLAT); THENCE NORTH 89°17'26” WEST, 158.48 FEET ACTUAL (NORTH 89°04' WEST, 208 FEET PLAT); THENCE NORTH 0°00'00” EAST, 111.35 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING. THE WEST 50 FEET OF THE ABOVE DESCRIBED LOT SHALL BE RESERVED AS A PERPETUAL EASEMENT FOR STREET AND UTILITY PURPOSES. LESS THE PERMANENT SIDEWALK EASEMENT FILED 06/28/02 INSTRUMENT # 2002105787.
