Final Judgment was awarded on March 7, 2017 in Civil Case No. 2015 CA 002075 NC, of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein, U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR CREDIT SUISSE FIRST BOSTON MORTGAGE SECURITIES CORP., HOME EQUITY ASSET TRUST 2006-3, HOME EQUITY PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-3 is the Plaintiff, and ELIZABETH MISHLER A/K/A ELIZABETH A. MISHLER; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ELIZABETH MISHLER A/K/A ELIZABETH A. MISHLER; ISPC; WOOD STREET CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; PARK LANE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT 1; N/K/A TIM KLAUDER; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Karen E. Rushing will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com on April 11, 2017 at 9:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT A-8, PARK LANE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1350, PAGES 396 THROUGH 454, INCLUSIVE, AND SUBSEQUENT AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 13, PAGES 36, 36A TO 36D, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
