NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2015-CA-006674 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee, Successor in Interest to Bank of America, National Association as Trustee successor by merger to LaSalle Bank, National Association as Trustee for Washington Mutual Asset-Backed Certificates WMABS Series 2006-HE3 Trust, Plaintiff and Machelle Beasley a/k/a Machelle L. Beasley are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Pat Frank, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. on April 18, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 23 AND THE WEST 50 FEET OF LOT 24, BLOCK 15, MAP OF VIRGINIA PARK, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 2 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
