NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated February 14, 2017, and entered in Case No. 13-CA-013727 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., is Plaintiff, and CARRIE MILLER A/K/A CARRIE R. MILLER, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Pat Frank, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00AM www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 20 day of April, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT “J”: THAT PORTION OF LOT 31 AND 32 IN BLOCK 13 OF DAVIS ISLANDS SOUTH PARK SECTION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10 PAGE 54 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, MORE FULLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
BEGIN AT THE NORTHWESTLY CORNER OF SAID LOT 31; THENCE NORTH 52 DEGREES 12 MINUTES 00 SECONDS EAST, FOR A DISTANCE OF 100.61 FEET TO THE POINT OF A NON-TANGENT CURVE CONCAVE TO SOUTHWESTERLY, RADIAL BEARING SOUTH 49 DEGREES 08 MINUTES 39 SECONDS WEST; THENCE ALONG THE ARC OF SAID CURVE, HAVING A CENTRAL ANGLE OF 01 DEGREES 41 MINUTES 04 SECONDS A RADIUS OF 1,019.35 FEET, CHORD BEARING SOUTH 40 DEGREES 00 MINUTES 02 SECONDS EAST, CHORD 29.97 FEET, FOR A DISTANCE OF 29.97 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 51 DEGREES 10 MINUTES 53 SECONDS WEST, A DISTANCE OF 95.13 FEET; THENCE NORTH 49 DEGREES, 39 MINUTES, 47 SECONDS WEST FOR A DISTANCE OF 32.33 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
