NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 27, 2016, and entered in Case No. 13-CA-005502, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE FOR NEW CENTURY HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST 2005-2 (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and DAVID CARRILLO; MARIO CARRILLO; MIREYA CARRILLO; CARLOS CARRILLO AND WILLIAM CARRILLO, are defendants. Pat Frank, Clerk of the Circuit Court for HILLSBOROUGH, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 17TH day of APRIL, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE NORTH 15 FEET OF LOT 13 AND ALL OF LOTS 14 AND 15, BLOCK 39, RIO VISTA, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS THE SAME IS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 27, PAGE 9, 10 AND 11 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
