NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 20, 2016, and entered in 12-CA-012188 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. is the Plaintiff and WILLIAM KELLEHER, JR. A/K/A WILLIAM D. KELLEHER A/K/A WILLIAM D. KELLEHER, JR.; CULBREATH KEY BAYSIDE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on April 18, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 4-308 CULBREATH KEY BAYSIDE CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 14118, PAGE(S) 1940, ALL ATTACHMENTS AND AMENDMENTS THERETO OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS AS STATED IN SAID DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM TO BE APPURTENANT TO THE CONDOMINIUM UNIT.
