NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 22, 2016, and entered in 15-CA-006352 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK N.A., IN ITS CAPACITY AS TRUSTEE FOR CSFB HOME EQUITY PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2005-FIX1 TRUST CSFB HOME EQUITY PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2005-FIX1 is the Plaintiff and OLGA GRAVES; TODD GRAVES; WEST MEADOWS PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on April 20, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
