WOODARD, et. al., are Defendants. LOT 9 IN BLOCK 1 OF EMMA HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS THE SAME IS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 32, ON PAGE 96, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
