NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 20 December, 2016, and entered in Case No. 11-CA-016581 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which U.S. Bank National Association as successor by merger of U.S. Bank National Association ND, is the Plaintiff and Maria Christine Rizzo, The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, Beneficiaries, And All Other Claimants Claiming By, Through, Under Or Against Christine Rizzo Deceased, W.S. Badcock Corporation, are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 18th of April, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
