ALL CREDITORS and other persons having claims or demands against the estate of the decedent named above are notified hereby that an order of summary administration has been entered by the Probate Division of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida. The address of said Court is the George E. Edgecomb Courthouse, 800 East Twiggs Street, Tampa, Florida 33602. All creditors and other persons having claims or demands against said estate must file their claims against said estate with the Court on or before the later of the date that is three months after the time of the first publication of this Notice to Creditors or, as to any creditor required to be served with a copy of this Notice to Creditors, 30 days after the date of service on the creditor, or be forever barred. The date of first publication of this Notice to Creditors is March 24, 2017. The total value of the estate is $54,690.00. The total value of the estate which is subject to the claims of creditors is $50,690.00. The names and addresses of those to whom said estate has been assigned by said order of summary administration are the revocable living trust of JASPER G. TAYLOR, JR., c/o TERRY B.
