COMMENCING AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF SECTION 5, TOWNSHIP 46 S, RANGE 25E, THENCE RUN S 89° 53' 30” W ALONG THE NORTH LINE OF SAID SECTION 5 FOR 1242.5 FEET TO THE WESTERLY LINE OF A 100 FOOT WIDE FLORIDA POWER AND LIGHT COMPANY RIGHT OF WAY AND THE POINT OF BEGINNING, THENCE S 19° 59' 10” E ALONG SAID RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE FOR 224.90 FEET; THENCE S 89° 53' 30” W FOR 295.13 FEET; THENCE 0° 06' 30” W FOR 211.5 FEET TO THE NORTH LINE OF SAID SECTION 5; THENCE N 89° 53' 30” E ALONG SAID NORTH LINE FOR 218.66 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
