NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 17 day of March, 2017 and entered in Case No.16-CA-002842, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT RELATING TO IMPAC SECURED ASSETS CORP., MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-4, is the Plaintiff and MARSHA CHANG; CHRISTOPHER CHANG; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. ACTING SOLELY AS A NOMINEE FOR EXPRESS CAPITAL LENDING; STONEYBROOK AT GATEWAY MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically a www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes at, 9:00 AM on the 17 day of April, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
