ELLER; CROSS CREEK OF FORT MYERS COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; CROSS CREEK OF FORT MYERS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. AND UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ACTING THROUGH SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT, are defendants, the Lee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes , Lee County, Florida at 9:00am on the 17 day of April, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
