NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated March 17, 2017, and entered in Case No. 16-CA-000896 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC., is Plaintiff, and DAVID MILLER A/K/A DAVID A. MILLER, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Linda Doggett, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 9:00 am www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 17 day of April, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Condominium Unit No. 1302 of Beau Rivage, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Record Book 4468, Page 73, together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto, as recorded in the Public Records of Lee County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
